These newly created and redesigned roles will help strengthen our capability, embed our future operating model and build a high-performing organisation ready for what comes next.About the roleAs Program Manager, you will lead the planning and development of critical water security projects that help secure South East Queensland’s future water supply. Working across a portfolio of strategic initiatives, you will oversee project evaluation, business case development and investment planning, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.You will provide leadership to a team of project managers and engineers, building capability and fostering a culture of safety, innovation and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to influence major infrastructure decisions, drive successful project outcomes and help shape the long-term resilience of the region’s water network.What you'll bringTertiary qualifications in Engineering, Project Management or similar.A minimum of 10 to 15 years’ experience in project management,
