OverviewIn this BU Credit Controller role, you monitor trade receivables and analyze payment patterns to inform portfolio actions and risk management.
You'll deliver structured insights to BU Leaders and the Collections Team, shaping performance narratives and recovery priorities.
You work within the Credit Management Team to drive data-driven decisions that improve cash flow and risk controls.
This senior, individual-contributor position offers autonomy in a multinational setting and a chance to impact credit strategy at group level.

ResponsabilitàLead monthly/quarterly monitoring of the BU accounts receivable portfolio (aging, exposure, concentration) with data quality and reliability
Analyze customer payment patterns and develop advanced segmentation based on risk profiles
Interpret YoY and MoM variances and translate drivers into actionable insights
Develop and lead reporting for BU Leaders and Credit Managers with business-oriented recommendations
Contribute to BU Performance Reviews, identifying levers for performance improvement




Collaborate with the Collections Team to guide priorities and recovery strategies
Monitor KPI performance (DSO, aging buckets, write-off rate, dispute rate, bad debt provisioning) and highlight optimization opportunities
Identify anomalies and early warning signals and propose corrective/preventive actions from a risk-management perspective
Requisiti fondamentali4+ years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable Analysis, or Management Control
Proficiency in SAP, Oracle, or Workday Finance; advanced use of BI tools for reporting
Advanced Excel skills (credit analysis models, pivot tables, complex formulas)
Cross-functional influence with autonomy in stakeholder management
Good command of English (B2+); native-level Italian or equivalent
International exposure plus knowledge of German, French, or Spanish (preferred)
Advanced analytics skills (SQL and/or Python) and experience with regression-based portfolio analysis
Structured background in audit, consulting, or management control; knowledge of IFRS 9 (Expected Credit Loss)
