ph3FPA Lead - Maternity Cover at Sandoz in Milano, LOM, IT. This Tempo pieno on site position offers great opportunities for career growth. /h3h3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliOwn and drive the market financial planning process (LO, MYR, TGT, SP), ensuring forecast accuracy and alignment with global, regional, and cluster expectations. /liliLead performance consolidation and variance analysis in close collaboration with the CFO. /liliManage the monthly closing process and deliver high-quality financial reporting, dashboards, and management presentations. /liliMonitor financial performance through KPIs, providing actionable insights and ensuring data accuracy and integrity. /liliLead the financial planning activities within the S process, including Integrated Reconciliation and APO volume monetization at Gross and Net level. /liliEnsure compliance with global FP standards and drive continuous process improvement initiatives. /liliLeverage financial systems, reporting tools, and emerging technologies (including AI) to enhance analytical capabilities and decision-making. /liliLead, coach, and develop the FP team, fostering a strong performance, business partnering, and continuous learning culture. /li /ulh3What you’ll bring to the role /h3ulliBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. /lili3+ years of experience in FP, Controlling, Financial Planning, or related Finance roles. /liliFluent in Italian and English. /liliSolid experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. /liliStrong proficiency in Excel and Finance/ERP systems (SAP and BI tools are a plus). /liliExperience supporting business decision-making and participating in S/Integrated Planning processes. /liliProven people management and team development experience. /liliStrong analytical,
