h3Senior Associate, Customer Marketing /h3 /brpLocation: Arese, Italy /p /brpFunction: Customer Marketing /p /brpThis role is eligible for international relocation. /p /brh3Overview /h3 /brpOverview: You will be a key player of Customer Marketing team and is responsible for the development and implementation of commercial activities, according to Regional Country Group Category Strategies, working closely with the sales team in Italy to achieve turnover market share targets. /p /brh3Responsibilities /h3 /brul /brliResponsible for Net Sales, Market Shares and execution KPIs for assigned categories. /li /brliDefine the category plan and strategy in terms of launches, distribution, promotions and oversees local tracking to achieve the business objectives. /li /brliProject management on NPDs to ensure timely efficient go to market. /li /brliSellout data analysis: market share, distribution, promo performance, competitors’ activities. /li /brliImplementing Consumer and Trade Promotion plans. /li /brliManaging the relationship with suppliers and other partners (cooperation with regional and local partners). /li /brliWorking with Sales Team to ensure all distribution and display initiatives are timely and properly executed. /li /brliResponsible for artwork/labels and POS promo packs materials development. /li /brliDeveloping trade presentations leveraging regional materials. /li /brliCollaborate with Regional team on branding and media campaigns roll out. /li /br /ul /brh3Experience you’ll bring /h3 /brul /brliGraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar /li /brliCommercial background with at least 3years in Trade Marketing/ Marketing in a multinational FMCG company. /li /brliE-commerce experience would be a plus.
