/p /brh3ABOUT THE ROLE /h3 /brh3bJob Purpose /b /h3 /brpAs Regional LSCM Business Controller for South Europe, you will be responsible for end?to?end business controlling activities across Secondary Logistics Distribution Centers in the region.
Reporting directly to the EMEA LSCM South Director, with a dotted line to the EMEA LSCM Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted business partner, providing financial insights, performance visibility, and decision?support to enable sound and data?driven business decisions across multiple countries.
/p /brpThis is a cross?regional role based in bVimercate, /bworking closely with LSCM, Finance, and other key stakeholders within an international environment.
/p /brh3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 /brul /brliPrepare and deliver the monthly LSCM performance package, tracking warehousing and logistics costs across secondary distribution centers /li /brliCoordinate with the centralized Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate monthly and yearly closings /li /brliLead the annual budget and quarterly financial forecast processes for the South Europe secondary warehouses /li /brliProvide proactive financial insights and anticipate operating issues impacting business performance /li /brliPerform financial analysis to support key investment decisions initiated by the LSCM Director /li /brliSupport LSCM and cross?functional teams with logistics cost analysis and business case development /li /brliMonitor cost variances, KPIs, and performance trends to support decision?making /li /brliContribute to standardized EMEA LSCM controlling routines, tools, and methodologies /li /brliActively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within a lean controlling environment /li /brliEnsure full compliance with Bridgestone EMEA finance and internal control policies /li /br /ul /brh3bQualifications Experience Required /b /h3 /brh3bEducation / Certification /b /h3 /brul /brliMaster's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field /li /brliAdditional finance or controlling certifications are considered a plus /li /br /ul /brh3bExperience /b /h3 /brul /brli3–5 years of experience in business controlling roles within multinational, industrial environments /li /brliProven experience in logistics or freight cost controlling and forecasting /li /brliTrack record of participating in controlling or performance?improvement projects /li /br /ul /brh3bTechnical Skills /b /h3 /brul /brliAdvanced proficiency in Excel /li /brliStrong working knowledge of SAP FI?CO modules /li /brliExperience with SAP Business Intelligence or similar reporting tools /li /brliSolid understanding of logistics flows and cost drivers /li /br /ul /brh3bLanguage Skills /b /h3 /brul /brliFluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory /li /brliSpanish, Italian, or French is considered a strong plus /li /br /ul /brh3bSoft / Behavioural Skills /b /h3 /brul /brliStrong analytical and problem?solving mindset /li /brliAbility to balance attention to detail with a clear sense of materiality /li /brliEffective communication and presentation skills, adaptable to different audiences /li /brliAbility to work in an international,
