OverviewAs a Site Reliability Engineer on the Storage team, you ensure the banking-grade storage stack remains resilient and available.
You will operate and improve databases and messaging systems, contribute to risk and compliance planning, and build self-serve tools for backend teams.
Your work will influence how AI agents safely access production systems and how storage is provisioned.

ResponsabilitàOperate and safeguard storage infrastructure in production (PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch)
Own incident response and root-cause analysis for performance issues




Define and prioritize backup and disaster-recovery scenarios with Risk & Compliance
Develop internal platform APIs and self-service tooling for rapid storage provisioning
Contribute to safe, traceable AI agent access to sensitive systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to raise resilience and reliability
Requisiti fondamentaliPostgreSQL production experience
Working knowledge of Redis, Kafka, or Elasticsearch
Practical use of AI in daily workflows for debugging, coding, or operations
Ability to ship features for internal platform tooling
