Lead with impact /b /ppAct as the key link between Business and IT, translating business needs into effective application solutions and overseeing their end-to-end delivery, from requirements definition to production release.
The role ensures coordination across internal IT teams and external vendors, while guaranteeing quality, timelines, security, compliance and operational effectiveness.
/ph3Business Requirements Solution Definition /h3pYou will understand and clarify business needs in collaboration with the Demand team.
/ppYou will support the translation of business requirements into clear, structured, and actionable functional and technical specifications.
/ph3End-to-End Application Delivery Vendor Management /h3pYou will manage initiatives across the entire delivery lifecycle, from requirements definition and solution validation through release, including functional testing and UAT.
/ppYou will coordinate vendors, software providers, and system integrators, ensuring quality, timelines, and expected outcomes.
/ppYou will collaborate closely with Operations and Infrastructure teams to ensure effective deployment, monitoring, and production support.

Security Compliance /h3pYou will ensure application solutions comply with relevant regulatory, security, and control requirements, ensuring compliance with SOX, PCI DSS, GDPR, and internal Corporate standards.
/ph3What Makes You Unique /h3ulli5-10 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, with strong knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies /liliLead complex projects in international contexts where business needs were translated into scalable finance solutions /liliProven experience with payment solutions, payment processes and related application platforms /liliExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
/liliFluency in English and experience working in dynamic, international and cross-functional environments.
