As a Junior Consultant, you will work alongside experienced consultants and clients to tackle complex business challenges, develop impactful solutions, and contribute to high-profile projects across industries.Key responsibilitiesSupport project teams in analyzing business challenges and identifying growth opportunitiesConduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and data analysis to generate insightsContribute to the development of strategic recommendations and business improvement initiativesPrepare client-ready presentations, reports, and other project deliverablesAssist in structuring and solving complex business problems through quantitative and qualitative analysesParticipate in client meetings, workshops, and interviews to gather information and support project executionCollaborate closely with colleagues across different seniority levels in a team-oriented environmentSupport the implementation of recommendations and track project outcomes where relevantStay informed about industry developments and market trendsContribute to internal knowledge-building initiatives and firm activitiesQualificationsMaster's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field2 to 3 years of professional experience in consulting, industry,



or other analytical rolesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to complex challengesSolid quantitative capabilities and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in teams and build collaborative relationshipsIntellectual curiosity and a strong willingness to learn and develop professionallyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data analytics tools is a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesFlexibility and adaptability in dynamic and fast-paced environmentsEntrepreneurial mindset and proactive attitudeFluency in English and Italian; additional languages are considered a plusAt Roland Berger, we see pay transparency as a foundation for trust, fairness, and respect, reinforcing our commitment to equal opportunity and our core values.

The final offer will be determined within this range based on qualifications, experience and skills.
