/h3ulliPartner with Sales to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technical solutions. /liliDemonstrate production printing equipment and advise customers on applications, colour management, pre‑press processes, variable data printing, and production workflows. /liliProvide technical expertise throughout pre‑sales discussions and communicate solution capabilities clearly to customers. /liliImplement sold solutions at customer sites and train customers to operate equipment and adopt new workflows successfully. /liliBuild customer relationships, provide occasional post‑sales technical support, and identify opportunities to expand solutions where appropriate. /li /ulh3What You Need to Succeed: /h3ulliRelevant experience in graphic arts or production printing, with approximately five years preferred; candidates with less experience and relevant industry exposure will also be considered. /liliSolid knowledge of production digital printing and cut‑sheet equipment; experience with roll‑fed equipment is an advantage. /liliHands‑on knowledge of colour management, pre‑press processes, production workflows, variable data printing, software solutions, and relevant IT concepts. /liliStrong customer‑facing communication, demonstration, presentation, technical consulting, and training skills. /liliProfessional proficiency in Italian and English for customer engagement in Italy and collaboration with colleagues across Europe. /li /ulh3How We Set You Up for Success: /h3ulliCollaboration with Sales and technical colleagues to support customer requirements and solution delivery. /liliOpportunities to exchange technical expertise with colleagues across European teams. /liliAccess to the Xerox Milan office and demonstration room when relevant to customer and solution activities. /liliExposure to the full customer solution lifecycle, including consultation, demonstration, implementation, and training. /liliOpportunities to apply and develop technical, consultative, and relationship‑building capabilities across customer environments. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
