This is a key leadership position within the Engineering organization, offering full responsibility for Maintenance Safety, Reliability, Maintenance Budget and Cost Performance. You will be expected to lead the mechanical maintenance organization through visible leadership, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. /ph3Key Responsibilities: /h3ulliMaintenance Strategy: Define and implement preventive, predictive, and condition-based maintenance programs to ensure plant reliability and optimal asset availability. /liliTeam Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance organization, promoting accountability, technical growth, and a strong safety culture. /liliAsset Management: Develop long-term spare parts strategies and End-of-Life (EOL) master plans to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency. /liliProject Contractor Management: Lead capital investment projects and technical improvements, while managing external service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. /liliContinuous Improvement: Drive reliability initiatives using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and promote the adoption of digital solutions, including Industry 4.0 and AI-driven maintenance. /liliCross-functional Collaboration:



Partner with HSE, Production, and Supply Chain to support safe and sustainable operations, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. /li /ulh3What You Offer: /h3ulliExperience: 7-10 years in maintenance or reliability engineering within process industries (Chemical, Petrochemical, or Plastics preferred). /liliExperience participating in HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Study) reviews and Process Hazard Analysis activities. /liliTechnical Skills: Solid understanding of industrial equipment, PIDs, and mechanical drawings.
