TMC is strengthening its team with professionals of varying levels of experience in the fields of Validation and Application Engineering. Selected candidates will be involved in the development, validation and calibration of advanced systems for the industrial and commercial vehicle sector.
About this vacancy
You will join innovative projects focused on driveline and e-Powertrain systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire product development cycle.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Validation and testing of components, subsystems and complete systems on test benches and vehicles
- Failure mode analysis and support in defining validation strategies
- Processing and interpretation of test data to assess system performance, reliability and robustness
- Development and calibration of control strategies for powertrain and e-Powertrain applications
- Use of simulation, diagnostic and automotive communication tools
- Collaboration with design, software development and product integration teams
What we expect from you
- Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
- Knowledge of driveline, powertrain or e-Powertrain systems
- 1+ years of experience in validation, testing and data analysis activities
- Understanding of methodologies such as FMEA, DVP, reliability engineering and failure analysis
- Experience with development and simulation tools such as MATLAB/Simulink
- Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN)
- Familiarity with analysis, diagnostic and calibration tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, INCA or equivalent
- Good command of English and proficiency in Italian
The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the base Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €32.000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate’s experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company’s applicable policies.
