Come, join us on this journey! /p h3British American Tobacco Italy has an exciting opportunity for a Training and Development Specialist in Trieste /h3 h3Your key responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liLeading the full training lifecycle for all factory employees, starting from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through annual and monthly training planning, execution, and evaluation of training effectiveness. /li liCollaborating with relevant departments to determine the required knowledge levels for each role based on the organizational structure (creating and managing a skills matrix for the entire factory), forming the basis for further training needs analysis. /li liOrganizing and supporting training programs focused on developing technical and soft skills for all factory employees. /li liProviding guidance and support to managers in the development of their teams. /li liDeveloping and implementing targeted training programs based on specific needs and particular employee groups. /li liBuilding and maintaining a team of skilled internal coaches and trainers. /li liEnsuring up-to-date records of all sustained training activities. /li liReporting on training activities to the factory’s top management and collaborating with key stakeholders such as the Production Manager. /li liSupporting major factory projects by offering expertise in Learning Development. /li liCreating a continuous development strategy for training practices in Trieste to meet operational objectives. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 ul liGraduate in Business Management,
