As a bRetail Loan Service Specialist /b, you'll play a key role in servicing mortgage, consumer, and retail loans throughout their entire lifecycle, from origination through payoff. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to work with loan servicing, escrow administration, secondary market investor reporting, payment processing, and other critical lending functions while making a direct impact on both customer and business success. If you're passionate about accuracy, compliance, and delivering outstanding service to customers and colleagues, we'd love to have you join our team. /p ul liReview and process daily loan service reports, mail, tickets, and make corrections and adjustments as necessary. Advise management of issues, anomalies, etc. /li liOnboard all loans directly to the Navigator system including, but not limited to mortgage, consumer, retail, and participation loans. /li liProvide timely and accurate payoff quotes as requested by client /or third-party title insurance companies. /li liProcess paid notes within expected or required time frames which includes data entry of the transaction, typing of satisfactions or lien releases, and updating all systems appropriately. /li liProcess loan payments, manage and monitor automatic payment requests. /li liReconcile mortgage accounts. /li liPromptly respond to client inquiries and assist in problem solving client issues/needs. /li liAssist in maintaining and producing procedures for tasks in job description. /li liReporting and remitting payments, payoffs, etc., to secondary market /li liWork through discrepancies following reporting of data (correct Freddie and FNMA edits and complete ECR’s for MPF Xtra and Traditional loans)



/li liPromote and maintain positive relations with all internal and external contacts, clients, and potential clients. /li liRegularly review and be knowledgeable about bank products and services. Refer clients to other personnel to assist with cross selling of bank products. /li /ul h3Escrow Duties /h3 ul liProcess all aspects of the escrow function, to include the following: /li liA. Work with outside vendors to obtain correct real estate tax and insurance premiums amounts and ensure they are paid timely and accurately. /li liB. Review annual escrow analysis notices to ensure accuracy /li liC. Review system set up to ensure accuracy of payments. /li liMonitor loans with Private Mortgage Insurance to ensure compliance. /li liBalance with the Private Mortgage Insurance companies to ensure payment is complete and provide additional information if requested. /li liProcess Private Mortgage Insurance cancellations in accordance with the secondary market guidelines. /li liReview and monitor client hazard and flood insurance policies to include updating current insurance information, monitoring reports, paying hazard items from escrow, etc. /li liTracking and requesting final title policies and recorded documents. /li /ul h3Other Responsibilities /h3 ul liPerform other tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job and department, but which may be altered or redesigned depending upon individual circumstances. /li liWorks as part of a team to accomplish office/dept goals. This includes working additional hours as needed and/or taking on additional responsibilities as needed within other rotations. /li liAssist with various projects as needed and/or perform other duties as assigned or requested. /li liParticipates in internal/external training as appropriate. /li liParticipates in community involvement/bank activities as appropriate. /li liPerform all other duties as assigned or requested. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
