We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate architects with both Italian and international experience who are
still hungry to learn, experiment, and grow with us.
Candidates should have
at least 2-3 years of professional experience after university
and be ready to engage with MCA's
concept-driven approach and multidisciplinary philosophy
, working across different scales of projects and through both
design development and construction phases.
Experience within internationally recognised architectural practices is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years of professional architectural experience
Excellent command of
Italian and English
, both written and spoken
Proficiency in
Rhinoceros
for 3D modelling
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
for 2D drawing
Experience with
rendering and visualisation software
(please specify software)
Familiarity with the
full architectural design process
, from concept through construction
Good knowledge of
Italian construction processes and regulations
Willingness and ability to
work on site and engage directly with construction teams and consultants
Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team
