/pp Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of production activities and processes during a period of transformation, involving significant developments and efficiency improvements across the factory.
/pp As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and documentation of shop floor manufacturing processes, consistently applying engineering best practices.
You will participate in audits, provide technical support, and be involved in problem analysis and resolution, with the objective of proposing new processes and equipment whenever appropriate and beneficial.

Strong teamwork skills are essential, together with the ability to work independently, an analytical mindset, and a keen attention to detail.

/pp Qualifications /pp Experience Requirements: /pulli Experience using CAD software (Solid Edge).
/lili Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
/lili Experience working in an engineering manufacturing environment involving electromechanical products.
/lili Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
/lili Knowledge of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) programming.
/lili Good command of the English language (B1–B2 level).
