The ideal candidate will be actively involved in the development and execution of architectural projects, combining technical expertise with hands-on site management.

/lilibProject coordination /bacross SD, DD, and CD phases.
/lilibOn-site supervision /b, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
/lilibAdvanced use of design software /b, includingbRhino, AutoCAD /b, andbBIM (REVIT) /b.
/lilibCollaboration with multidisciplinary teams /b(engineers, designers, contractors) to ensure seamless project execution.
/lilibCompliance with local building regulations /band industry standards.
/lilibProblem-solving and liaising with construction firms and suppliers.




/b /li /ulh3bRequirements: /b /h3ullibMaster's degree in Architecture /band valid registration with the professional board.
/lilibAt least 10 years of experience /bin architecture firms or engineering companies, focusing on residential projects and site supervision.
/lilibProficiency in Rhino, AutoCAD, and BIM.
/b /lilibProven experience in site management /b, with strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
/lilibExcellent organizational and project management abilities.
/b /lilibAbility to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
/b /lilibFluency in Italian and English.
