ph3Senior Project Manager /h3 h3/ Rome-based / /h3 h3Requisiti /h3 h3L'offerta /h3 pbA leading European player in industrial and logistics real estate, currently expanding its presence in the Italian market, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its Rome office. /b /p pbThe role reports directly to the Italian Managing Director and carries full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the entire project lifecycle - from permitting and pre-construction through to final handover. /b /p h3Senior Project Manager /h3 h3/ Rome-based / /h3 pThe ideal candidate has solid experience in the logistics/industrial sector, with both technical and managerial skills to coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liCollaborate with designers, engineers, and architects to define project specifications; /li liSupervise and direct site activities, including contractor coordination and construction progress; /li liPrepare, review, and approve the project schedule covering engineering, procurement, and construction phases; /li liMonitor progress reports, cost control, and site performance, ensuring company KPIs are achieved; /li liEnsure all permits, agreements, and documentation are in place prior to project commencement. /li liOrganize and lead site coordination meetings, issue minutes, and follow up on action items; /li liLead negotiations and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors; /li liOversee the procurement plan, evaluate bids, and ensure cost efficiency; /li liManage contractors and subcontractors according to schedule, budget,
