Main Responsibilities
-
- Support in drafting and updating HSE documentation.
- Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance related to safety and environmental matters.
- Participate in internal audits and workplace inspections.
- Collect and analyze data related to accidents, near misses, and HSE indicators.
- Collaborate in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives within the HSE area.
Assigned Project
-
- Responsibility for the preliminary study related to the introduction of “smart” digital BBS (Behavior Based Safety) checklists.
- Analyze current processes and identify digitalization needs.
- Evaluate digital tools and solutions for checklist management.
- Support the definition of a standardized and easily implementable model.
- Collaborate with the involved company functions to gather requirements.
Qualifications
-
- Degree in Engineering disciplines, ideally Environmental Engineering, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or similar fields.
- Interest in health, safety, and environmental topics.
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented mindset and good communication skills.
- Good command of the English language. xysqume
