Questa posizione è in Johnson Bachelor's / University or equivalent degree is strongly preferred Experience and Skills: Required: At least 10 years of relevant work experience Proven experience in learning and development (including adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies), with a successful track record of program implementation Superb communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage partners at all levels Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and apply strategic problem-solving skills, aligning learning initiatives with business objectives Strong technical/system training experience (SAP or other major ERP implementations preferred) Preferred: Familiarity with Supply Chain functions (e.g., Plan, Source, Make, and/or Deliver)



Experience with validated systems and quality/compliance requirements (e.g., CAPA, etc.) Experience with digital adoption capabilities (e.g., WalkMe) Other: May require up to 20% domestic and/or international travel, depending on work location and business needs Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week Apply today for this exciting opportunity!
