and in person /liliRide along on tours to assess and support on-the-ground performance /liliAssign Tour Guides based on performance and operational requirements /liliAddress underperformance when necessary /liliEngage with travelers during tours /liliProvide 24/7 emergency support to Tour Guides /liliManage administrative tasks while traveling and in the office /liliReview passenger feedback to inform coaching plans /liliDeliver weekly reports to Regional Leadership /li /ulh3Key Requirements /h3ulliExperience in corporate culture-driven hiring and training /liliDemonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop people to achieve high-quality results /liliStrong prioritization and decision-making skills /liliAbility to conduct effective one-on-one communication using feedback models /liliComfortable working in a fast-paced environment /liliConfident public speaking and presentation skills /liliProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel /liliAbility to travel as required /liliTravel industry experience preferred /li /ulpBy applying to this ad, you automatically consent to Grand Circle processing your data as part of the recruitment process.
