YOUR ROLE As a Java Developer at Capgemini Engineering , you will be involved in the development of applications based on microservice architecture, working in a stimulating environment where you can apply your technical skills and contribute to innovative projects.
These are highly complex and impactful technical activities, requiring an on-site work mode (no smartworking), related to the development of mission-critical systems, high-performance software platforms, and applications that contribute to the innovation of advanced programs.
Within these projects, you would work in highly specialized teams, with a strong focus on code quality, security, and reliability.
In this role, you will be a key element in the following activities: Development and maintenance of Java applications based on microservice architecture Collaboration with the team to design, implement, and test new functionalities Implementation of best programming practices and design patterns YOUR CHARACTERISTICS Availability to work on-site (5/5 at client premises - no smartworking) At least 3 years of experience in Java application development Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields Knowledge of Spring Boot for microservice development Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

from € 27,746 to € 30,825 for the 3rd level of the CCNL Commercio from € 31,270 to € 40,150 for the 2nd level of the CCNL Commercio The indicated salary range is defined in compliance with European and national legislation on salary transparency.
The minimum value of the range corresponds to the minimum economic treatment provided by the applicable CCNL for the level and role indicated above and does not necessarily represent the entry salary.
The salary that will be offered at the end of the selection process will be determined based on skills, professional experience, seniority level, and specific characteristics of the selected profile, and in coherence with the company's salary and classification system, respecting objective and gender-neutral criteria.
