-- Roles Support activities related to ISO certifications (ISO *****, ISO *****); Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the EHS management system, including documentation and process alignment; Contribute to the preparation and analysis of EHS performance reports and dashboards using internal reporting tools, including PMS (Performance Management System); Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate data for global sustainability and compliance reporting; Assist in the review and update of global procedures, guidelines, and communication materials; Participate in benchmarking and research activities to identify best practices and innovative EHS solutions; Help organize and document internal meetings, workshops, and training sessions related to EHS topics, including documentation review and coordination with internal stakeholders.
Who we're looking for: The ideal candidate should have:
Degree in Environmental Engineering/ Safety Engineering/Industrial Management/Sustainability, or related fields; Strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Literacy with data visualization tools (Power BI); Analytical mindset and attention to detail, especially in data handling and reporting; Interest in EHS topics such as ISO certifications, sustainability, risk management; Good communication and analytical skills Curiosity and willingness to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced global setting; Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory, and will be tested throughout the interview process.
