/liliDrive sales performance by leading by example, coaching and motivating the team, and implementing effective strategies to achieve and exceed targets.
/liliBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring an exceptional and personalised customer experience.
/liliMonitor and analyse sales performance and KPIs, identifying opportunities to maximise store profitability and commercial performance.
/liliEnsure the highest standards of visual merchandising, brand image and customer service are consistently maintained.
/liliCollaborate with the Area Manager and Head Office to implement company strategies and achieve business objectives.




/li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMinimum of 4 years of experience in a Assistant Store Manager or similar leadership role within luxury or premium retail.
/liliStrong commercial awareness with proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing KPIs.
/liliExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
/liliStrong clienteling and relationship-building skills, with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
/liliEnergetic, confident and target-driven, with a hands-on approach.
/liliFluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
