pPyramid Global Hospitality is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary operation of our Resort Club in Naples.
You will oversee Bluewater restaurant, Indulge, IRD and banquets, and supervise food production staff to maintain quality and cost standards.
/ppResponsibilities include inventory, pricing, cost controls, staff training, and ensuring staffing levels, sanitation, safety, and presentation meet the highest standards.
The role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on profitability.
