In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth, expanding our customer portfolio, and strengthening long-term partnerships within the Road Logistics sector. Proactively identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Road Logistics market.
Conduct sales calls, customer visits, negotiations, and presentations to prospective and existing customers in alignment with sales development strategies. Act as the primary point of contact for customers,
understanding their logistics challenges and proposing tailored Kuehne+Nagel solutions with a focus on Road Logistics products and services. Drive the achievement of agreed sales targets, revenue objectives, and profitability goals. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth and customer loyalty.
Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer data and sales activity records in CRM systems, contributing to the successful execution of the Customer Engagement Strategy. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities. Take ownership of customer retention and portfolio development in line with defined KPIs and business objectives.
