Key Responsibilities and Activities : Design, develop, and qualify primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging solutions.
Lead packaging innovation projects aligned with brand, sustainability, and consumer needs.
Translate marketing, technical, and supply requirements into robust packaging specifications.
Keep up to date with technological innovations and develop new packaging innovations that unlock new areas of opportunity for Campari Group.
Support pilot trials, line trials, and global roll-outs from concept to mass production.
Collaborate with manufacturing plants to ensure packaging compatibility with filling, labeling, and logistics processes.
Integrate sustainability principles, including recyclability, lightweighting, and material reduction.
Collaborate with sustainability team to meet corporate and regulatory targets.
Work closely with procurement teams and global packaging suppliers on technical development and cost optimization.
Support supplier qualification, benchmarking, and innovation scouting.
Develop and maintain global packaging specifications, standards, and guidelines.
Support quality investigations related to packaging performance issues.

Good understanding of quality tools including RCA, AQL's, CPK analysis and SPC.
Good understanding of 3D modeling and LCA tools.
Ability to work under pressure, set clear priorities and meet deadlines.
Good negotiating and influencing skills with the ability to align the different interests of internal parties.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
Must have outstanding teamwork ability.
Must have a very good knowledge of English, French and Italian languages.
Flexible to travel extensively both domestically and internationally.
