and quality metrics /liliHire and grow the QA team over time /liliMust-have /lili5+ years in QA, including hands-on test automation and at least somebr/lead/management experience /liliStrong with modern test frameworks for web (e.g., Playwright/Cypress) andbr/mobile /liliExperience defining QA processes in a fast-moving startup environment /liliComfort working alongside ML/AI teams on non-deterministic systems /liliNice-to-have /li /ulpExperience in safety-critical, regulated, or enterprise B2B products.
