Discover endless opportunities to grow and make your mark at Hines. /ph3Responsibilities /h3pAs a Community Manager with Hines, your duties include, but are not limited to: /pullipMove-in and move-out practices, ensuring a quality welcome for tenants /p /lilipSite inspection of the structure for tenants /p /lilipStructure tour of the shared areas (e.g. gym order, coworking, bike room) and their good maintenance /p /lilipOrganize and supervise the shared areas. /p /lilipUse of the PMS and support in the implementation of the PMS itself and the App /p /lilipCreation and coordination of events within the structure /p /lilipOn-site marketing support for activities/communications/branding /p /lilipFinance side support for reviewing tenant payments/unpaid balances/balance sheets /p /lilipManagement of complaints by tenants /p /lilipCommunication of move-outs for timely re-marketing /p /lilipPoint of reference for on-site safety and system updating /p /lilipReceive shipments and parcels for tenants /p /lilipKey Contact person in case of on-site collection of parcels /p /lilipInspections of small maintenance interventions/deficiencies: e.g.,



Remote control/cooling system malfunction and coordination with handyperson /p /lilipReporting malfunctions/interventions required within the shared areas. /p /lilipCollection of requests/delivery of upselling services from tenants (e.g. tents/kitchen linen pack) /p /lilipRestaurant reservations /p /lilipBooking services: baby-sitting, dog sitting, food and flower/theater delivery /p /lilipConcierge services and advice on activities in the area (restaurants, hairdressers, etc.) and related reservations if requested /p /lilipVerify that maintenance work conducted for tenants is conducted promptly /p /lilipTaxi booking/rental car delivery/other tenant notifications /p /lilipDelivery and collection of tenants' laundry (this if not conducted directly by the laundry) /p /lilipWhen booking coworking spaces: check the order of the operating spaces for the devices /p /lilipTour the structure and check the state of cleanliness /p /lilipSetting of internal procedures and best practices /p /lilipSite inspection of the apartments during the move in-move out phase and signing of the delivery and redelivery reports /p /lilipSetting up reports as required by Operations Manager /p /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3pMinimum Requirements include: /pullipSpeaking at least two languages fluently (Italian and English),



a third language is a plus. /p /lilipConfident with the use of technology. /p /lilipGood PR skills both with tenants and with representatives of commercial activities in the area and collaborators of procurement services /p /lilipKnowledge of the systems present in the structure and is available in case of night alarm. /p /lilipBasic administrative knowledge (based on our needs /p /lilipAvailable to work on shifts, during public holidays, and weekends. /p /lilipPossibility of being transferred to other buildings for future openings /p /lilipAvailable via business WhatsApp number /p /li /ulh3Closing /h3pAt Hines, we believe the built world is ultimately about people.
