H3bTHE POSITION /b /h3 pWe are looking for a bRegional Public Affairs Manager /b to ensure a strong and qualified institutional presence with elected political decision-makers at regional and local levels (Regional Councils, Regional Committees, Commissions, Mayors, Municipal Councils, Provincial Presidents) within the Human Pharma and Animal Health sectors. This role focuses exclusively on political engagement, aiming to anticipate, influence, and enhance public and regulatory debates in healthcare, pharmaceutical, and veterinary sectors. /p h3bTasks Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong and ongoing relationships with regional and local political representatives, including Councilor’s and Mayors. /li liPromote awareness and recognition of the company’s contribution to human and animal health among political decision-makers. /li liMonitor regional political and legislative activity relevant to Human Pharma and Animal Health (resolutions, motions, bills, parliamentary questions, etc.). /li liDevelop and implement political advocacy plans aligned with business priorities to facilitate the achievement of company objectives. /li liDraft, prepare, and manage institutional documents: letters, briefings, position papers, amendments, parliamentary oversight acts, guidance and control acts, bills, political notes. /li liSupport the organization of institutional meetings, company visits, public events, and political roundtables. /li liCollaborate and co-create reference activities with internal teams (Business, Market Access, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Government Affairs, Communication, Legal, Finance) to ensure consistency in the company’s political positioning. /li liContribute to defining the regional political strategy on access, sustainability,



public health, and veterinary healthcare. /li /ul h3bRequirements /b /h3 ul liDegree in Political Science, Law, International Relations, or related fields. /li liAt least 3-5 years of experience in government affairs, public affairs, or similar roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector. /li liFluency in Italian and English (written and spoken). /li liIn-depth knowledge of the functioning of Italian regional institutions, national and regional legislative processes, legislative drafting, and national/local political dynamics. /li liRegulatory expertise and ability to conduct political analysis applied to Human Pharma and Animal Health sectors. /li liEstablished network of political contacts. /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and institutional writing skills. /li liProactivity, political sensitivity, discretion, and goal orientation. /li liKnowledge of institutional protocols and ceremonial practices. /li liExperience in multi-stakeholder contexts (trade associations, inter-parliamentary groups, healthcare task forces) is considered a preferential qualification would be a plus. /li /ul h3bWhat we offer /b /h3 ul liFor this position we offer a permanent contract. /li liA range of benefits for physical, financial,socialandmentalwellbeing. /li liA support to develop professional and personal pathsincludingour full range of development programs. /li /ul pWe warmly welcome applications from candidates belonging to protected categories, in accordance with Law 68/99. /p pWe foster a workplace built on respect, trust, and empathy - free from discrimination.
