H3Posizione /h3 pWe are looking for a professional to join the Finance Transformation Governance team. /p pThe candidate will support the oversight of finance governance and compliance processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of accounting, reporting and control processes through a practical, results-oriented and strongly hands-on approach. The role will also be involved in digital transformation initiatives, including the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions for Finance, working with systems and tools such as SAP, HFM, Power BI and Excel. /p h3Responsabilità del lavoro /h3 ul lisupporting the definition, update and monitoring of finance processes, procedures and guidelines, ensuring alignment with corporate governance principles and Group policies; /li licontributing to finance compliance activities, including verifying the application of internal procedures and key controls, as well as the proper formalization of supporting documentation; /li liproviding operational support for Finance Transformation projects by analyzing existing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and preparing summaries, workflows and project documentation; /li liparticipating in initiatives to implement artificial intelligence solutions for Finance, particularly to automate recurring activities, data analysis, reporting and decision support; /li liusing SAP and HFM for analysis, data extraction, reconciliation, monitoring of information flows and support for reporting processes; /li lideveloping and updating reports, dashboards and analyses using Power BI and Excel, ensuring the quality,



traceability and readability of finance information; /li licollaborating with Accounting, Controlling, Tax, IT and the business functions involved in finance processes, facilitating coordination and information sharing; /li lisupporting the preparation of presentations, analyses and documentation for internal meetings, project status updates and management monitoring activities; /li licontributing to the adoption of digital tools and working methods aimed at increasing efficiency, standardization and the continuous improvement of finance processes. /li /ul h3Profilo /h3 ul liDegree in Economics, Management Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field. /li liAt least 2 years of experience in finance, consulting, audit, controlling, process improvement or digital transformation projects. /li liInterest in finance processes, corporate governance, compliance and continuous improvement. /li liGood ability to analyze processes, gather requirements, and formalize procedures, workflows and operational documentation. /li liBasic knowledge of SAP and/or structured ERP systems; knowledge of HFM is considered an advantage. /li liAdvanced proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI for creating reports, dashboards and data analyses is desirable.



/li liStrong Interest in and familiarity with artificial intelligence applied to use cases, agent creation automation, data analysis and reporting /li liGood command of written and spoken English. /li liA practical, hands-on and solution-oriented approach, with a willingness to engage with the details of activities and systems. /li liAccuracy, reliability, confidentiality and attention to data and documentation quality. /li liCuriosity, proactivity, flexibility and a desire to learn in a dynamic, international environment. /li liGood interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team, including with cross-functional stakeholders. /li /ul h3Informazioni aggiuntive per i candidati /h3 pThe initial annual gross salary for this position is EUR 30.000. /p pThis salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting.
