PProject Manager /p pJob Description /p pbAre you passionate about leading complex engineered-to-order projects that deliver customized water technology solutions across Europe? /b Join our mission to pioneer smarter water solutions that reduce energy use and improve lives. /p pbAs our new Project Manager - Systems /b , you will drive end-to-end Engineer-to-Order (ETO) system projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule targets are achieved while strengthening organizational capability at our Milan Plant. You will join a diverse, inclusive culture that values growth, well-being, and belonging. /p h3What you will be doing /h3 pAs part of the Systems Project Management team, you will coordinate engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing activities to deliver complex booster system solutions for customers across Europe. /p h3Key responsibilities: /h3 ul lipManage ETO project orders from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high-quality standards. /p /li lipCoordinate resources across Grundfos functions and the supply chain to resolve bottlenecks and achieve project milestones. /p /li lipMonitor and improve Quality, Cost Delivery (QCD) performance to increase customer satisfaction and support profitable growth. /p /li lipIdentify project risks and implement mitigation plans. /p /li lipBuild Milan Plant capability and readiness to deliver ETO Systems across Europe. /p /li lipEstablish and continuously improve project management processes and best practices. /p /li /ul h3What makes you a great fit /h3 pYou are a results-oriented project leader with experience in Engineer-to-Order or complex manufacturing environments, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and a solid understanding of supply chain and engineering processes. /p h3We imagine you have: /h3 ul lip5+ years of project management experience in ETO, manufacturing,



or engineered systems environments, with proven achievement of Quality, Cost Delivery targets. /p /li lipStrong knowledge of supply chain coordination and manufacturing processes, including management of complex multi-stakeholder projects. /p /li lipBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or another relevant technical discipline. /p /li lipProficiency in SAP, MS Office, and CAD software. /p /li /ul h3It is a plus if you have: /h3 ul lipExperience in pump systems, water technology, or industrial equipment industries. /p /li lipFluency in Italian and English; additional European languages are an advantage. /p /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 pIn accordance with Italian pay transparency regulations, we provide the following information: /p pbNational Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanica Industria. /b /p pThe indicative gross annual salary for this role ranges from b€42,000 to €52,000 /b , depending on experience, skills, profile, and market benchmarks.
