For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Strategy, Business Development & M&A; team . You will have the opportunity to work in a big transformation project in a truly fast-paced international environment in a business constantly evolving, with great empowerment and growth opportunities.

You’ll be in charge of:
Supporting the identification, planning, and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives with high business impact;
Contributing to projects aimed at driving revenue growth, including new products & services, partnerships, geographic expansion, and continuous improvement of existing processes;
Assisting in the analysis and development of business insights to support new business models and channels, contributing to the definition of strategy and execution plans;
Collaborating with different teams and countries to support the implementation of key initiatives;
Providing operational support in change management activities related to strategic projects;
Conducting market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and assess their potential impact on the business;
Preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
You are the right person if:
Are a Master’s student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields;
Have a strong interest in strategy, consulting,
and business development in international environments;
Possess an analytical mindset with the ability to structure problems and interpret data;
Have a proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
Are able to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams;
Have strong communication and presentation skills;
Possess good commands of Excel and PowerPoint;
Speak English; any additional languages are a plus.

6 months internship in our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133.
1000€ as monthly gross reimbursement.
Tempo pieno experience , Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you’ll be working with!).
