Join us to lead product development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and bring innovative products successfully to market. /p h3Your responsibilities /h3 ul liTake ownership of the FLAVIS product portfolio and drive its continuous development /li liManage cross-functional product development and relaunch projects from initial idea to market launch /li liPlan and coordinate product launches and related go-to-market and product marketing activities /li liProactively manage and further develop the existing portfolio, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth /li liOversee the product portfolio on an ongoing basis, including maintaining and updating relevant product information and data /li liAnalyze and interpret sales, market, and competitor data and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions /li liMonitor market trends,



customer needs and competitor activities to identify new product and portfolio opportunities /li liCollaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders and coordinate key interfaces throughout the product lifecycle /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field, or an equivalent qualification /li liRelevant professional experience in product management, ideally within the food or consumer goods industry /li liExperience in project management and the motivation to independently drive cross-functional projects forward /li liStrong analytical skills combined with a good understanding of markets, trends, customer needs and product opportunities /li liStructured and solution-oriented approach, hands‑on mentality and a strong sense of ownership /li liStrong communication skills and enthusiasm for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders /li liFluency in Italian and English /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
