pWe are working with a market leading company who are seeking to hire a Law graduate with a background/interest in MA in Milan.
This position is a great opportunity to join a growing company and gain exposure to all facets of the MA industry including Insurance.
/p h3Responsibilities include: /h3 ul liSupport MA transactions by coordinating closing actions and preparing key documents, including closing checklists, certificates, and memoranda.
/li liDraft and review legal documents.
/li liDue diligence support.
Collecting, organising, and reviewing corporate documents, contracts, and other materials from target companies.
/li liDraft and edit ancillary documents (NDAs, consents, officer certificates, closing checklists, etc.) /li /ul h3About you: /h3 ul liIndustry experience is preferable.
A background or education in MA/Corporate Law is desirable.
/li liStrong analytical abilities /li liTeam-oriented mindset /li liCreative, flexible, and solution-driven /li liSelf-starters who are intellectually curious /li liHave the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment /li /ul #J-*****-Ljbffr
