Today our food supplements reach consumers across Europe through sifarnutra.com, Amazon in Italy, Spain, Germany and France, TikTok Shop, and Italy's leading online pharmacies. /p pWe're looking for a new team member who will drive growth of our direct-to-consumer business. You'll report directly to the CEO in a small, international team where decisions are made quickly and your work shows up in the results. /p h3What you'll do /h3 pSifar Nutra is part of Sifar Group that was founded in 1966 on a pharmaceutical heritage. Today our food supplements reach consumers across Europe through sifarnutra.com, Amazon in Italy, Spain, Germany and France, TikTok Shop, and Italy's leading online pharmacies. /p ul liDefine and execute the D2C marketing strategy: brand, positioning and product communication /li liRun performance campaigns hands-on (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), owning budget and results /li liGrow sifarnutra.com: conversion, content, CRM and email marketing /li liManage Sifar Nutra's social media accounts /li liLead new product launches, working with the marketplace team /li liDevelop content with our pharmacist and external creators,
within supplement claims regulations /li liIdentify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in Italy. /li liConduct regular competitive research on other products and companies in our industry. /li liMeasure what matters: revenue and contribution margin by channel, not just ROAS /li liOver time, build and lead your own team /li /ul h3Who we're looking for /h3 ul li4-7 years in digital marketing for a consumer brand, ideally in supplements, health, beauty or food, in-house or agency /li liHands-on experience with performance marketing and e-commerce, not only managing agencies /li liComfortable with numbers: you can read channel PL and make data-driven decisions /li liNative Italian and fluent English (English is the team's working language) /li liNice to have: knowledge of supplement claims regulations, Amazon or marketplace experience, Shopify /li /ul h3What we offer /h3 ul liReal autonomy and direct access to the CEO /li liA clear growth path toward leading the D2C division /li liA brand with a genuine story and pharmaceutical-grade products /li liBased in Milan /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
