The successful candidate develops towards independently managing larger budgets while working closely with the CMO & Co-founder.Position: Junior Performance Marketer - MainstreamLocation: Remote (Europe/Asia)Employment type: B2B engagement preferredDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Launch and manage paid acquisition campaigns across consumer advertising platformsOptimise campaigns based on CAC, ROAS, conversion and commercial performanceTest audiences,
creatives and campaign strategies to improve performanceMonitor campaign results and identify opportunities for optimisationAnalyse performance data and translate findings into concrete actionsTake ownership of individual campaigns and clearly communicate personal contributions and resultsWork towards independently managing larger acquisition budgetsREQUIREMENTS:Fluent in English, both written and spokenHands‑on experience in paid acquisition or media buyingProven experience personally launching and optimising campaignsExperience with at least one scalable consumer acquisition platform such as Meta, TikTok, Google, Instagram or RedditStrong understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion and commercial performanceAbility to clearly explain personal campaign xysqume contributions, actions and resultsStrong testing mindset across audiences, creatives and campaignsStrong EnglishComfortable working for an NSFW AI companionship productWillingness to work on a B2B contractor basisBENEFITS:Worldwide remote workingOpportunity to develop towards independently managing larger budgetsExposure to a fast-growing consumer AI businessOpportunity to work directly within the Growth functionAnd many more!!!#J-18808-Ljbffr
