We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate architects with both Italian and international experience who are still hungry to learn, experiment, and grow with us.
Candidates should have at least 2-3 years of professional experience after university and be ready to engage with MCA’s concept-driven approach and multidisciplinary philosophy, working across different scales of projects and through both design development and construction phases.
Experience within internationally recognised architectural practices is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of professional architectural experience
- Excellent command of Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Rhinoceros for 3D modelling
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for 2D drawing
- Experience with rendering and visualisation software (please specify software)
- Familiarity with the full architectural design process, from concept through construction
- Good knowledge of Italian construction processes and regulations
- Willingness and ability to work on site and engage directly with construction teams and consultants
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team
