Electrical Supervisor (Data Centre – Milan)Tutti i potenziali candidati sono incoraggiati a leggere l'intera descrizione del lavoro prima di candidarsi.Electrical Supervisor (Data Centre – Milan)Graphene Recruitment GroupElectrical Supervisor – Data Centre Project, Milan ItalyLocation: Milan, ItalyRota: 2 weeks on site / long weekend home rotation (fly out Tuesday morning, fly home Friday morning, every 2 weeks)Rate: £400 per dayPackage: Flights, accommodation and expenses coveredThe RoleWe're recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor for a data centre project in Milan. 6–8 weeks duration, on a rotational shift pattern, working two weeks on site before heading home for a long weekend.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical installation works on site, ensuring works are delivered to programme and specificationManage and direct electrical subcontractors and labour, allocating tasks and monitoring output/productivityCarry out regular site walks and inspections to identify snags, quality issues, and installation defects before they escalatedLiaise with the Project Manager and other trade supervisors (mechanical, BMS, fire, etc.) to ensure coordinated, clash-free installationReview and interpret electrical drawings, specifications and method statements to ensure correct installationEnsure all works comply with relevant electrical standards, health & safety regulations, and client proceduresComplete and maintain all relevant H&S and site paperwork — including RAMS, permits to work, isolation/permit-to-work procedures, toolbox talks,



and daily site diariesMonitor and enforce PPE compliance and safe working practices, including safe isolation proceduresManage plant, tools, and materials on site, ensuring availability and minimising delaysSupport testing, inspection and commissioning of electrical systems, and manage associated documentationSupport snagging and de-snagging processes, tracking outstanding items through to close-outAttend site progress meetings and report on electrical progress, risks and issuesEnsure quality control checks are carried out and documented in line with client requirementsSupport and mentor electrical operatives on site, promoting a strong safety and quality cultureWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as an Electrical Supervisor, ideally on data centre. xysqume Strong track record of seeing projects through, genuine commitment and reliability.Confident and thorough with site walks, inspections and quality checksSolid working knowledge of H&S requirements, safe isolation procedures, and site documentation/paperworkComfortable managing subcontractors and coordinating with other tradesAble to read and work from electrical drawings and specificationsRelevant certifications (e.G.
