The successful candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners and business leaders to build practical and scalable solutions that support business priorities,



strengthen internal mobility and prepare the workforce for future capability needs. /p pThe role manages one direct report responsible for the day-to-day coordination of learning activities and works in close partnership with HR teams supporting learning operations and administration. /p h3What You'll Do: /h3 ul liLead workforce planning activities to identify critical capability needs and future skills requirements. /li liMaintain and evolve Eutelsat's competency framework and job architecture. /li liAssess workforce capabilities and identify key skills gaps across the organisation. /li liSupport the GEO-to-LEO skills transition through targeted reskilling and redeployment initiatives. /li liStrengthen internal mobility and career development opportunities. /li liProvide workforce and skills insights to support business and people decisions. /li /ul h32. Talent Management Succession Planning /h3 ul liLead the annual Talent Review and People Review processes. /li liIdentify key talent and critical roles across the organisation. /li liStrengthen succession planning for leadership, expert and business-critical positions. /li liDevelop talent pipelines and career development opportunities. /li liPartner with HR Business Partners and leaders to support talent development and retention. /li liEnsure talent priorities are aligned with future business and capability needs. /li /ul h33. Learning Capability Development /h3 ul liDefine and implement the Group learning strategy. /li liDevelop learning pathways supporting technical, leadership and professional capabilities. /li liDeliver reskilling and upskilling initiatives supporting the GEO-to-LEO transition. /li liPartner with subject matter experts to facilitate knowledge transfer and capability development. /li liSupport leadership development and manager capability programmes. /li liMonitor learning impact and continuously improve learning offerings. /li liOversee the Group learning ecosystem, including Docebo and Udemy. /li liManage one Learning Talent Operations resource responsible for day-to-day coordination and learning administration. /li liPartner with HR teams supporting learning delivery and operations. /li liDrive learner engagement and adoption of digital learning solutions. /li liMonitor participation,



completion and learning effectiveness metrics. /li /ul h35. Leadership Stakeholder Management /h3 ul liServe as a trusted advisor to HRBP, functional leaders and regional HR teams. /li liBuild strong partnerships with HRBPs and business leadership teams. /li liInfluence senior stakeholders on workforce, talent and capability decisions. /li liBring external market insights and best practices into Eutelsat's people strategy. /li liLead through influence in a highly international and matrixed environment. /li /ul h3Success Measures (First 18–24 Months) /h3 pThe successful candidate will: /p ul liRefresh and embed Eutelsat's competency framework and career architecture. /li liStrengthen succession planning for critical leadership and expert roles. /li liSupport the GEO-to-LEO capability transition through targeted learning and reskilling initiatives. /li liIncrease internal mobility and talent development opportunities across the organisation. /li liImprove adoption and effectiveness of the Group learning ecosystem, including Docebo and Udemy. /li /ul h3What You'll Need: /h3 h3Experience /h3 ul li10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Learning Development, Workforce Planning or Organisational Development. /li liExperience designing and implementing competency, career and talent frameworks. /li liStrong experience in talent reviews, succession planning and leadership development. /li liExperience managing learning programmes and digital learning platforms. /li liExperience in international and matrix organisations. /li liExposure to technology, engineering, telecommunications or other knowledge-based industries is a plus. /li liStrategic workforce planning. /li liSuccession planning and talent management. /li liLearning strategy and capability development. /li liWorkforce analytics and data‑driven decision-making. /li liStrong stakeholder management and influencing capability. /li liSystems thinking and business acumen. /li liAbility to operate effectively in complex and evolving environments. /li /ul h3Education /h3 pBachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, Business, Education, Organisation Development or a related discipline. /p h3Languages /h3 pFluent English required.
