/liliMonitor the site's borganizational structure and span of control /b, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. /liliLead by example, reinforcing behaviors aligned with bDHL culture, leadership principles and operational standards /b. /liliManage external providers supporting the site's general services, including bsecurity, infrastructure and maintenance /b. /liliEnsure full compliance with bsafety, quality and operational standards /b, promoting a strong safety culture across the site. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ullibMaster's degree /b in Engineering, Economics or a related field. /liliSolid experience in bLogistics / Supply Chain /b, preferably gained in complex or industrial environments. /liliSignificant experience in bdirect people management /b, ideally within large operational teams. /liliProven track record in bpeople leadership and industrial relations / union management /b. /liliStrong leadership skills, with the ability to define and successfully deploy a bstrategic plan for the site /b. /liliStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of bLean Manufacturing, WCM, TPM, Six Sigma /b or similar continuous improvement methodologies. /liliStrong customer orientation and ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. /lilibTeam player /b with a proactive, collaborative and positive mindset. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
