Diadora is seeking an experienced Footwear Engineer to bridge Design, Product Development and Production.
You will work across the Operations team to turn concepts into scalable, high-performance footwear that meets cost and quality targets.
You will verify prototypes, coordinate with global suppliers, validate tech packs, and apply Value Engineering to optimize material use while maintaining quality.
Willingness to travel to production sites is required.
