Lead regional service delivery, material readiness, data quality, and issue resolution in partnership with cross-functional teams, BPO providers, and Global MDM functions. /p h3Key accountabilities /h3 ulliRegional Material Master Data service coordination /liliCoordinate the creation, extension, maintenance, and lifecycle management of materials across SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud, using approved workflows and governance controls. /liliPrioritize requests based on business needs, project criticality, and agreed service levels, coordinating execution with internal teams and BPO partners. /liliReview complex or high-impact requests, provide business context, and resolve exceptions while ensuring efficient execution by BPO teams. /liliEnsure timely setup and maintenance of supporting operational master data, including Bills of Material, Purchasing Info Records, and related objects required for successful project execution and business operations. /li /ul h32. Project enablement and material readiness /h3 ulliPartner with cross-functional project teams to identify, define, and deliver Material Master Data requirements, ensuring timely material creation, extension, and readiness for new product introductions, portfolio changes, and supply chain initiatives. /liliDefine and communicate Material Master Data timelines, dependencies,
and critical path activities aligned with project milestones. /liliProvide regular status updates to Project Managers on material readiness, progress, risks, issues, and required decisions. /li /ul h33. Business Coordination Service Delivery Management /h3 ulliPartner with key business stakeholders to support effective Material Master Data execution across sourcing, production, and market extension activities. /liliManage BPO service delivery, monitor performance and escalations, and drive timely resolution of operational issues to ensure compliance with agreed service levels. /li /ul h34. Data quality, governance and Continuous improvement /h3 ulliEnsure compliance with Material Master Data standards, governance policies, validation rules, workflows, and data ownership requirements. /liliMonitor data quality exceptions, drive root cause analysis, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions with business stakeholders. /liliIdentify and implement improvements to reduce lead times, minimize rework, strengthen controls, and improve operational efficiency. /liliPartner with Supply Chain Excellence team, and IT to enhance processes, tools, automation, and system capabilities. /liliSupport system changes, testing, and transformation initiatives while driving regional alignment and standardization across APAC and EMEA /li /ul h3Required qualifications /h3 ulliBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Information Management, or a related field. /liliExperience in Material Master Data, Supply Chain, Planning, Procurement, Product Lifecycle Data, or a related operational function within a complex, multi-country organization. /liliStrong knowledge of Material Master Data processes, including material creation, extension, maintenance, lifecycle changes, Bills of Material, and Purchasing Info Records.
/liliExperience working across cross-functional teams and stakeholders within a global environment. /liliStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. /li /ul h3Preferred Skills Capabilities /h3 ulliSAP S/4HANA experience is strongly preferred; SAP Cloud and Microsoft Power Platform experience are advantageous. /liliExperience supporting regional service operations, including issue resolution, and stakeholder support. /liliExperience coordinating service teams across regions and cultures. /liliKnowledge of data quality management, governance frameworks, validation controls, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement practices. /liliExperience with ERP-enabled master data processes and workflow controls. /liliKnowledge of workflow automation, process optimization, and operational excellence methodologies. /liliAdditional European or Asian language skills are advantageous. /li /ul h3Role Compensation: /h3 pThe indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges from 38,000-45,000 EUR gross per annum - depending on the candidate's experience, skillsand overall profile.
