Role Overview:As a Content Reviewer, you will review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community guidelines. With strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and good judgment, you will play a key role in protecting users, maintaining platform integrity, and fostering a safe and inclusive digital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate user-generated content, including text, images, videos, and links, according to established policies and guidelines.
- Apply moderation standards consistently and objectively to make accurate, well-informed decisions.
- Manage user appeals and content-related requests professionally, fairly, and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high content quality and ensure platform standards are upheld.
- Identify emerging trends and flag potentially harmful, inappropriate, or suspicious activity requiring further investigation.
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases in line with internal procedures and compliance requirements.
- Share feedback and recommendations to enhance moderation processes, tools, and overall operational efficiency.
