We use human centered design to solve complex problems, adapt to evolving customer needs, and uncover future opportunities.As a UX Designer, you will craft scalable, high quality digital experiences for business customers. This role is well suited for a confident, detail oriented designer who can own key aspects of the user experience, deliver production ready assets, and collaborate closely with cross functional partners in a fast paced environment.In this role, you will translate complex requirements into clear, engaging, and user friendly solutions, thoughtfully balancing usability, accessibility, and visual design to create meaningful customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesEssential FunctionsDesign end to end user experiences for web platforms, from wireframes through high fidelity, production ready designsCreate clean, visually compelling layouts with strong attention to hierarchy, composition, and usabilityProduce developer ready design files, specifications, and assets with precision and consistencyApply UX best practices and ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG)Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers,



and fellow designersContribute to and work within established design systems to ensure consistency across experiencesClearly articulate design rationale and decisions to stakeholders and partnersIncorporate insights from user research, usability testing, and A/B testing into iterative design improvementsBuild and enhance reusable Figma components using auto layout, variants, component properties, variables, and shared libraries.Support current light-mode website delivery while creating components and patterns for the evolving dark-mode design system.Education/CertificationsJob QualificationsCollege degree or equivalent experience.ExperienceExperience working with design systems and component based designExperience producing web ready and developer friendly design assetsPreferred ExperienceExperience with motion design, animation, video, or tools such as After EffectsExperience writing prompts for AI tools to support or accelerate design workflowsSkills And QualificationsProven experience designing for web based experiences, including hands on production designStrong foundation in UX principles, interaction design, and usability standardsExcellent visual design skills with a sharp eye for detail and qualityAbility to balance user needs with business and technical requirementsStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in cross functional environmentsProficiency in FigmaProficiency in Adobe PhotoshopPreferred Skills And QualificationsFamiliarity with usability testing, experimentation, and A/B testing methodologiesStrong writing, content design,
