/p pThe Senior Project Manager will own the commercial performance of the assigned work package, including: /p ul libcontract administration /b; /li livariations and change orders; /li liclaims and contractual negotiations; /li licost performance; /li liforecasting; /li licash flow; /li liproject profitability. /li /ul pYou will work closely with the bDirector of Projects and Finance function /b to ensure alignment between operational delivery and financial performance. /p pYou will set the standard for: /p ul libHealth, Safety and Environment /b; /li liprocess safety; /li lioffshore safety requirements; /li liquality performance; /li licompliance throughout all project activities. /li /ul pYou will ensure that HSE and quality considerations remain embedded in every major project decision. /p h3Executive reporting /h3 pYou will provide clear and concise reporting on: /p ul lioverall project status; /li lischedule and cost performance; /li licommercial exposure; /li likey risks and opportunities; /li /ul pReporting will be directed to the bProject Director and executive management /b, giving the role significant organisational visibility. /p h3What you bring /h3 pThe ideal candidate will have: /p ul libMaster's degree in Engineering /b or a closely related technical discipline; /li liat least b15 years of experience in Oil Gas and Energy /b; /li lisubstantial experience delivering blarge-scale EPC and EPCIC projects /b; /li lia proven track record on bcomplex offshore projects /b, from award through final handover; /li lidirect boffshore execution experience /b, which is considered essential; /li listrong knowledge of: /li liproject controls; /li licost management; /li liplanning and scheduling; /li licontract administration; /li liclaims and change management; /li lirisk and opportunity management; /li listrong bcommercial awareness /b, with the ability to take accountability for bmargin, cash flow and profitability /b,
