You will take ownership of procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and commercial negotiations across a global connectivity operation spanning more than 200 destinations. The role will directly influence profitability by optimizing supplier spend while protecting service quality, reliability, and business continuity. You will lead complex telecom partnerships and establish the frameworks, policies, and governance needed to scale procurement effectively. Working closely with senior cross-functional stakeholders, you will connect procurement priorities with broader product and growth objectives. and other senior stakeholders to align procurement priorities with strategic business and product goals. /p /li lipDevelop procurement processes that can support increasing operational complexity, international expansion, and a growing supplier ecosystem. /p /li lipProvide strategic leadership on supplier risk, commercial opportunities, and procurement decisions, ensuring recommendations are supported by sound financial and operational analysis. /p /li lipEstablish procurement as a strategic business function that contributes directly to profitability, resilience, and sustainable growth. /p /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul lipYou have more than 5 years of relevant procurement leadership experience, ideally gained within a fast-growing scale-up, technology company, or similarly dynamic environment. /p /li lipYou have proven experience building procurement functions, frameworks, policies, and vendor management processes from the ground up. /p /li lipYou have strong expertise in international contract negotiations, particularly for complex services and strategic supplier relationships. /p /li lipYou are experienced in financial analysis and can assess complex commercial agreements, supplier costs, pricing structures, and potential savings opportunities. /p /li lipYou have strong leadership capabilities and enjoy designing scalable processes that can evolve with a rapidly growing organization. /p /li lipYou are a strategic thinker who can balance cost optimization with quality, reliability, risk management, and long-term business objectives. /p /li lipYou are comfortable working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders and translating procurement priorities into broader business outcomes. /p /li lipExperience in telecom, connectivity,
