Job Description Summary As a Mechanical Production Cell Leader, you will lead the manufacturing cell to achieve production targets for the Nozzle and Rotor Blades programs while improving Quality and EHS standards. In this role, you will actively lead Daily Shop Management through a Lean problem-solving approach, embedding Servant Leadership values. Invii la sua candidatura facendo clic sul pulsante "Candidati".Essential Responsibilities:Lead the rate increase and linearity of Mechanical Production Area ensuring deliveries on timeLead the Daily Shop Management of production area thru the problem solving methodologies, managing priorities and parts/products with high customer impactLead Lean Transformation of VS, working on Flow optimization and pull system, driving and foster Lean culture across the teamOwn the responsibilities for achieving business profit, productivity, safety, and quality goalsDirect process/product improvement programs and provide process method excellence throughout the organizationLead the team to achieve goals in asset utilization, process/manufacturing loss improvement, delivered quality and cost reductionInterface with other organizations and vendors to assure requirements are met on timeProvide ongoing supervision and counseling for employees, guiding them in current positions and assisting with career development and trainingFacilitate the leadership team in decision-making and problem solving and provide effective communication across the plantDevelop and track sales, expense, inventory, and investment budgets with the input of each organizationProvide leadership in the areas of staff selection, training and development, facility planning and construction, process,
and procedure implementationRequired Qualifications:Master's Degree in Engineering degree with a proven experience in Manufacturing Engineering and/or Material and/or Lean fieldProven knowledge of machining and special processes applicable on aeronautic componentsKnowledge of the disciplines of manufacturing management such as production and inventory control, and standard cost systemsKnowledge and proven experience of Lean 6-sigma methodologiesKnowledge of manufacturing policies and regulations established by GE as well as government and other customersKnowledge of Aviation rules, products and processesAbility to develop and motivate a high-involvement team through commitment to meeting customer and organization demandsFluency in Italian and English, both written and spokenWork Visa, in accordance with local regulation, is requiredDesired Characteristics:Servant Leadership characteristics and attitudesChange agent mindsetStrong oral and written communication skillsInterpersonal and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problemsDemonstrated ability to lead programs / projectsEstablished project management skillsWhy Join Us:At Avio Aero, people power our progress.
