We promote a collaborative, respectful and dynamic work environment where every contribution matters. /p pIf you are looking to join an international team committed to making a tangible impact in the renewable energy sector, this is an exciting opportunity for you. /p pbAbout the role /b /p pEnerland Italia is looking for an bAccountant /b to join its Finance team in Milan. /p pYou will handle accounting processes for Enerland Italia and its project companies (bSPVs /b), ensuring accurate records, timely reconciliations and reliable financial information. /p pThe role requires hands-on experience in Italian accounting. You will work closely with the Finance Manager, internal departments and external tax and payroll advisers. /p ul libAccounts payable purchase-to-pay: /b Follow up purchase orders, record supplier invoices and credit notes in Business Central, ensuring correct approvals, matching, VAT treatment and cost allocation; reconcile supplier balances and prepare payment proposals. /li libAccounts receivable sales-to-cash: /b Prepare and record customer invoices and credit notes based on contracts and approved milestones; reconcile balances, record receipts and follow up on outstanding payments. /li libBanking cash accounting: /b Record bank transactions, perform bank reconciliations across multiple entities and support cash flow tracking and payment schedules. /li libPayroll accounting: /b Record monthly payroll entries, allocate personnel costs by project and cost centre, and reconcile employee payments and related tax and social security liabilities.



/li libTax accounting: /b Prepare VAT reconciliations, including group VAT, and accounting data for withholding taxes and F24 payments; support external advisers with tax filings and electronic invoicing matters. /li libIntercompany accounting: /b Record and reconcile intercompany transactions and balances, including invoices, funding and interest, coordinating with group companies to resolve differences. /li libProject accounting cost capitalisation: /b Allocate development and construction costs by project and SPV, record eligible capitalised costs under agreed OIC policies, and maintain construction-in-progress and fixed asset accounts. /li libClosing reporting: /b Prepare monthly and year-end closing entries, reconcile balance sheet accounts, support financial and group reporting, and provide documentation to external accountants and auditors. /li /ul pbRequirements /b /p ul liAt least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience, gained in a company finance department or an accounting firm. /li liDegree in Accounting, Finance or Economics, or an accounting diploma supported by relevant professional experience. /li liPractical experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central will be considered an asset. /li liGood command of Microsoft Excel. /li liProfessional proficiency in Italian and good written and spoken English are required. /li liAccuracy, organisation and the ability to manage recurring deadlines. /li liA collaborative approach to working with internal teams and external advisers. /li /ul pbNice to have /b /p ul liKnowledge of Spanish will be considered a plus. /li liExperience in or knowledge of the renewable energy sector. /li liExperience in construction or another project-based business. /li /ul pbWhat We Offer /b /p ul liStable employment with competitive compensation. /li liContinuous training and strong career development opportunities. /li liWork-life balance benefits, including smart-working options and meal vouchers. /li liAn excellent, international and collaborative working environment. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
