Today our food supplements reach consumers across Europe through, Amazon in Italy, Spain, Germany and France, TikTok Shop, and Italy's leading online pharmacies.Define and execute the D2C marketing strategy: brand, positioning and product communicationRun performance campaigns hands-on (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok), owning budget and resultsGrow : conversion, content, CRM and email marketingManage Sifar Nutra's social media accountsLead new product launches,



working with the marketplace teamDevelop content with our pharmacist and external creators, within supplement claims regulationsIdentify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders in Italy. xysqume Conduct regular competitive research on other products and companies in our industry.Measure what matters: revenue and contribution margin by channel, not just ROASOver time, build and lead your own teamWho we're looking for4-7 years in digital marketing for a consumer brand, ideally in supplements, health, beauty or food, in-house or agencyHands-on experience with performance marketing and e-commerce, not only managing agenciesComfortable with numbers: you can read channel P&L and make data-driven decisionsNative Italian and fluent English (English is the team's working language)Nice to have: knowledge of supplement claims regulations, Amazon or marketplace experience, ShopifyWhat we offerReal autonomy and direct access to the CEOA clear growth path toward leading the D2C divisionA brand with a genuine story and pharmaceutical-grade productsBased in Milan#J-18808-Ljbffr
