You’ll solve complex problems that genuinely matter — and you’ll see the results. /li /ulh3The Challenge /h3pAs we scale across multiple European markets, our infrastructure has to keep pace without ever compromising on reliability, security, or speed. You’ll own the cloud foundation that our AI products run on: the platform our engineers build on every day and the systems thousands of legal professionals depend on. This is a hands‑on role with real ownership, working closely with our engineering team to translate fast growth into stable, well‑architected infrastructure. /ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliDesign, build, and maintain our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency. /liliOwn our infrastructure-as-code setup (Terraform), making environments reproducible, auditable, and easy to evolve.



/liliManage and optimize our serverless architecture, from deployment workflows to autoscaling and resource tuning. /liliBuild and improve CI/CD pipelines that let our engineers ship quickly and safely. /liliStrengthen observability across the stack — monitoring, logging, alerting — so we catch issues before our users do. /liliHarden our security and compliance posture (we’re GDPR and ISO 27001 aligned), embedding best practices into the platform by default. /liliDesign disaster recovery and business continuity plans and implementation strategies. /liliPartner with product and engineering teams to support new features with the right infrastructure, and lead by example on operational excellence. /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulli3‑5 years of experience in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, Backend Engineering, or a similar role. /liliStrong hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (experience with another major cloud is welcome if you’re ready to go deep on GCP). /liliSolid command of infrastructure-as-code, especially Terraform. /liliProduction experience with serverless and event‑driven architectures. /liliKnowledge of various DB systems (e.g. SQL/noSQL, vectorial) /liliExperience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, CircleCI, Jenkins). /liliComfort with at least one scripting/programming language (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation. /liliA working understanding of cloud networking, security, and cost management. /liliA pragmatic, ownership‑driven mindset: you measure your work by outcomes, not effort,
